The App is maintained and operated by SR Solutions, and app support is provided by Swifttime Solutions. The Services include: • Local news, events, and civic updates • Job listings and classifieds • Business directories and promotional listings • On demand delivery of food, fresh chicken, vegetables, fruits, and other essentials • Emergency contacts and government notices Access to the Services is provided "AS IS" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the Services ("Content") are owned or licensed by Swifttime Solutions or SR Solutions. You may access, download, or print Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires prior written permission from the relevant party. 3. USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the Services, you represent that: • You are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law. • All registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete. • You will maintain the accuracy of such information. 4. USER REGISTRATION You may register to use certain features. You agree to keep your account credentials secure and to be responsible for all activity under your account. 5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT We accept UPI, internet banking, debit card, and credit card. All payments are in INR. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any orders placed. 6. REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law. 7. DELIVERY SERVICES We partner with local vendors to provide on demand delivery of: • Prepared food from local restaurants and hotels • Fresh chicken • Seasonal fruits and vegetables • Other grocery essentials All delivery orders are subject to vendor availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. 9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content. 10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE You retain ownership of your submissions but grant Swifttime Solutions and SR Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use them. 11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines. 12. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE We grant you a limited license to install and use the App on your device, subject to these terms. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is prohibited. 13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. 14. ADVERTISERS Advertisements displayed in the App are placed by third parties. We do not endorse these advertisers or their products. 15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT We reserve the right to monitor, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. 16.
